HOW TO BORROW A CARRIER

1) Browse the Library: View our inventory online at https://mihibw.myturn.com.  Be sure to refine your search by location: Boulder, West, or South. Or, simply join us in person for a local meet-up and browse in person.

2) How can we help? Please reach out with any questions, or for recommendations through Facebook (Mile High Babywearing), (or email info@mihibw.org). We LOVE:️chatting all things babywearing, and want you to try a carrier that meets your needs.

3) Memberships: To borrow a carrier you will need a valid membership. Don't have a membership yet? No problem! For $30/year you gain access to our vast library of carriers, slings, wraps, and more. If you need to sign up for a new membership, or renew an existing one, visit our website or message the Facebook page. To pay for your membership, donate to our PayPal here.

4) Check out a carrier: Currently you must attend one of our in-person meet-ups to check out a carrier. All borrowed items are due back to the same meet-up location the following month. Items not returned on time will accrue late fees. Can't make the meet up to return? You can drop off with a local volunteer. 

5) Return: All carriers are due approximately 30 days from pick up at the following meet-up. Be sure to check the Facebook Events Page for details. You will receive an automated email reminder before the item(s). are due back. Carriers returned after 30 days will incur a standard $1/day late fee. Please contact us if you are unable to return your carrier on time for any reason.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

If you or someone you are in close contact with contract COVID-19, please refrain from borrowing from the lending library. If you have a carrier in your possession, and someone in your household tests positive (or is presumptive positive), please contact us so we can make arrangements or extend your loan.
